Returns and Exchanges
We have established the following rules regarding returns and exchanges of products.
1. If the purchased product is defective We take every precaution, but in the unlikely event that the product is defective or has a defect, we will exchange or refund the product after confirming the defective part with a photo.
・Please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
*Please note that we cannot accept returns after 8 days from the date of receipt of the product.
・We will cover the shipping costs for the return/exchange. Please return the item with postage paid by the customer.
・In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide a replacement item, we will provide a refund.
*We cannot provide direct support for products purchased from any other site.
Please contact the store where you purchased the product.
2. Regarding size exchanges , we will only accommodate size exchanges if we have replacement stock available.
*We cannot accommodate your request if replacement stock is not available.
If you would like to exchange the size, please contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
*We cannot respond if the deadline has passed.
*Please note that shipping fees for returns and exchanges will be borne by the customer.
3. Returns and exchanges due to customer reasons We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to the customer (size does not fit, product is different from what you expected, wrong order)
Please note that the product images may differ slightly from the actual colors depending on your viewing environment.
*The color of the image will not be considered a defect on our part.
*Return Policy: We cannot accept returns or exchanges if any of the following conditions apply.
・Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago ・Products that have been used even once, washed or altered ・Products that have acquired an odor while in the customer's possession ・Products with missing or damaged accessories or product packaging (bags, cases, shoe boxes, etc.) ・Products with missing purchase receipts or product tags

・Please try on shoes indoors.
・When trying on the item, please be careful not to have any perfume, cosmetics, cigarette smells, etc. on the item. Items that have any smell on them will not be eligible for return.
-Since the shoe box and product packaging are also part of the product, we will not be able to accept returns if you return the items with the shipping label attached directly to them.
- If the condition of the product (including tags, boxes, and accessories) when you return it to us is significantly different from when it was delivered, we will not be able to accept the return.
・We may ask you for the tracking number when you return the product, so please keep a copy of the shipping slip until the procedure is complete.
・Coupons used when placing an order cannot be returned or refunded.
